Configuring your help center


After creating your own help center with Trengo, youā€™re able to further configure it to your liking. In this article, weā€™ll show you how to do this.

Configure your help center

Follow the instructions below to configure your help center in Trengo.

1. Navigate to Help Center and select your help center;

2. Select ā€˜Settingsā€™;

3. Configure your help center;

1. Published: If set to ā€˜Yesā€™, your help center is published and publicly available. 

2. Company name: Add your company name here, which will be shown in the tab in your web browser and will be filled in with the ā€˜Return toā€¦ā€™ feature.

1. Languages: Select the language(s) your help center is available in. Do note that articles will not be translated automatically.

2. Default language: Choose the default language of your help center.

1. Helpcenter title: The title of your Help center, which will be shown as a header on your help center page.

2. Homepage URL: This is the URL the ā€˜Return toā€¦ā€™ button redirects you to.

Donā€™t forget to click ā€˜Save changesā€™ to preserve your configurations.

ā„¹ļø The ā€˜Advanced settingsā€™ can be used to host your help center on your own domain, integrate Google analytics, add your own custom head code, and have your help center be found via Google Search.
