Imagine your customers searching for your organization or topics related to your organization. Do you want your Help Center articles to be shown in the results? Within the Help Center's settings it is possible to choose whether they should or should not be shown there.
To do this, navigate to the Help Center's settings page via the icon in the left sidebar and click on Settings. Scroll down to Advanced and set "Disable Search Indexing" to "No" to make the articles pop up in the results and to "Yes" to make them not pop up in the results.
