Adding custom head code to your Help Center

The Help Center is the place to be for your customers when they look for information, but it can be that they cannot find the answer there anyway. To give them the opportunity to ask questions, you can have the Website Widgets in your Help Center using the Custom Head code! Of course, you can also use the custom head code to add analytics and tracking codes for example.

Adding custom head code

To add a custom head code, navigate to the Help Center settings from the sidebar menu:

and take the following steps:

  1. Navigate to the Settings of the Help Center

  2. Scroll down to the "custom head code" field under Advanced

  3. Paste the code of what you want to add to the Help Center

  4. Click on Save changes.

  5. Done!
