Adding custom head code to a help centre

After creating your own help centre via Trengo, you’re able to add custom head code to it. With this, you can add a website widget, analytics and/or tracking to your help centre. In this article, we’ll show you how to add this custom code.

Add custom head code

Follow the instructions below to add custom head code to your help centre.

1. Navigate to Help Centre and select your help centre;

2. Select ‘Settings’ and scroll down to ‘Advanced settings’;

3. Paste your custom head code;

Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’.
