Adding channels to your Trengo inbox

With Trengo you can connect all your favorite communication channels to one inbox.

Adding a channel

To connect a channel to your inbox, you navigate to Settings > Channels. Pick the channel you’d like to add and follow the provided instructions. Do note you need an Administrator role to perform this action.
