Adding Voice in your Trengo inbox

Adding Voice to your Trengo inbox will allow you to manage all incoming phone conversations directly in Trengo.

Note: to set up Voice in Trengo you need an admin account.

  1. Go to settings >channels >Voice
  2. Click on the green + sign to set up Voice in your Trengo inbox.

Here, you can decide to create a Voice channel for making calls via your browser or via SIP devices.
