Phone calls via Voys SIP devices

You can connect Trengo with Voys to register calls from SIP devices in your inbox. 

Note: You need to have a Voys account.

  1. Fill out the form:

    1. Internal name
      Give your new Voice channel an internal name.
    2. Teams
      Assign the team(s) that will be responsible for all incoming Voice conversations.
    3. Add device
      Click on 'Add device'.
    4. Go to extension
      In your Voys account, navigate to 'Admin' >'Voip accounts >'extension/device'.
    5. Add your phone number
      Add your Voys number in an international format.
    6. Fill in your device/extension
      These digits (for example 203) can be found in your Voys account.

    7. Select users
      Select a corresponding user in Trengo for each device.

    8. Click 'Create channel' or 'Update channel'A webhook will now be created. Copy this webhook, as it will be needed in Voys.

Set up the webhook in Voys

  1. Add notifications
    In Voys, go to 'Admin' >'Notifications' > 'Add'.
  2. Fill out the form.
    Fill out the form as shown in the image below. Copy-paste your webhook from Trengo into the 'Webhook URL' field.
  3. Save your settings.
    Click on 'Save' to save your settings. Your SIP channel is now set up.
