Has your personal email address changed? Then it would be a good idea to change this in your personal Trengo profile as well, to keep receiving your Trengo updates and notifications.
Change your email address
You can change your personal email address by following the steps below.
1. Navigate to your profile picture in the left bottom corner and click ‘Edit your profile’;
2. Click ‘Change email’ in the left sidebar;
3. Fill in your current password, your new email address, and confirm your action.
Click the ‘Update email’ button and you’ll be able to receive your Trengo updates and notifications again! You can edit your personal profile further, change your password, or set up two-factor authentication.
