What are Boards?

Boards provide a visual, card-based interface for managing your workflow and tracking items through different stages. Whether you're managing sales opportunities, support tickets, or project tasks, Boards connects your communication directly to outcomes.

Accessing Boards

You can access Boards through the main navigation bar in your Trengo dashboard. Look for the Boards icon to get started.

Creating Your First Board

  1. Navigate to Boards from the main navigation bar
  2. Click to create a new board
  3. Choose a template or start from scratch
  4. Customize your board columns to match your workflow stages
  5. Start adding cards to represent deals, leads, or tasks

Adding Cards

Cards represent individual items you're tracking, whether that's a deal, lead, incident, or project task.

To add a card:

  1. Click the add button in the appropriate column

  4. Set assignees, due dates, and custom fields as needed
