Follow the instructions below to update Google Universal Analytics to Google Analytics 4, to keep tracking your data properly.
Google Tag Manager
If you use Google Tag Manager to track your data, we recommend following this guide to update to Google Analytics 4.
Google Universal Analytics
In case you’ve integrated Google Universal Analytics, we’d advise following the steps in this Google Help Center article to add Google Analytics 4 to the existing Universal Analytics accounts.
ℹ️ We recommend paying extra attention to step 6 of the Google article. In case you see the option ‘Create property’, you are able to reuse your existing Universal Analytics tagging for your Google Analytics 4 property.
