Below you’ll find three cases to keep in mind when adding buttons to your flowbot that you add to a WhatsApp channel.
🔘 Three or less buttons: The buttons will be displayed directly, and can be clicked by your customer.

🔘 Four or more buttons: Before the buttons become visible to your customer, they need to click a ‘Make a choice’, or another text that you’ve filled in at your ‘Button guiding message’.
