After adding ticket results to your Trengo-inbox, you’re always able to edit them later. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.

Edit a ticket result

Follow the steps below to edit a ticket result in Trengo.

1. Navigate to Settings > Settings > Ticket results and select the ticket result you’d like to edit;

2. Edit your ticket result;

ℹ️ You can also delete your ticket result by clicking ‘Delete’ in the right bottom corner.

Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’ after editing your ticket result.
