After creating your own help centre via Trengo, you’re able to secure it with a password. In this way, you can use the help centre as an internal wiki for your colleagues. In this article, we’ll show you how to add a password to your help centre.
Add a password
Follow the instructions below to add a password to your help centre.
1. Navigate to Help Center and select your help centre;

2. Select ‘Authentication';

3. Enter the password;
