Within Trengo, every user has the option to set themselves as 'available for chat’ or 'not available for chat’. You can set your chat availability to be (un)available for your customers to reach out to you via live chat, and to (not) receive live chat notifications.

Setting your live chat availability

Change your live chat availability by clicking your profile picture in the left bottom corner, and clicking the toggle ‘Unavailable for chat’.
