After adding quick replies to your Trengo-inbox, you can now use these quick replies in your conversations. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.
Use a quick reply in a conversation
Follow the steps below to use a quick reply in a conversation.
1. Navigate to the conversation and click the ‘quick replies’ icon;
2. Select the quick reply you’d like to use in the conversation;
ℹ️ You can also type ‘/qr’ in the text box, which lets you pick your quick reply as well.
