Quick replies are your pre-written responses to common questions.
Simply select the quote symbol in the message field to choose the right quick reply to your conversation.
To add quick replies to your Trengo inbox you need to have an administrator account:
- Go to your settings >settings >quick replies.
- Click on the green button.
- Fill out the form:
This is the name of your quick reply. Give your quick reply a recognizable name so you can distinguish it.
This field allows you to assign your quick replies to the right channels. You can assign a quick reply to multiple channels. Make sure the channels selected all match with the desired type.
Select your desired quick reply type: Messaging, SMS or Email.
It is not possible to use the same quick reply across different types of channels.
This is where you add your quick reply message.
