After creating your own help centre via Trengo, you’re able to adjust the styling of your help centre to match your branding. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.

Stylize your help centre

Follow the instructions below to adjust the styling your help centre in Trengo.

1. Navigate to Help Centre and select your help centre;

2. Select ‘Theme’;

3. Configure the theme of your Help centre:

1. Logo: Upload your company’s logo. The recommended resolution is 300px x 90px, in a JPG or PNG format. This logo will be shown at the left upper corner of your help centre page.

2. Primary color: Select the primary colour of your help centre, which will be used for all icons and text with a hyperlink.

3. Favicon: Add a favicon in PNG format, that will be shown in tabs when your help centre is visited. The recommended resolution for this is 32px x 32px.

4. Custom CSS: Add custom CSS to your help centre, which will overwrite the template defaults.

Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’.
