How to activate the email integration

If you don’t see the email integration in your Bol.com account, follow these steps:

1. Contact Partner Service

Reach out to the Partner Service of Bol.com via email, chat, or phone. Continue to step 2 to reach out through email to Bol.com.

2. Send an email request

Send an email to:

zakelijkverkopen@bol.com

Include:

  • A request to enable “Sellergroup SDP Email Integration”
  • The email address connected to your Trengo account

3. Confirmation & activation

Bol.com will enable the integration for you.

Once activated:

  • All customer questions are forwarded to your email
  • You can handle them directly in Trengo
  • You can start automating conversations with AI
