Enable browser notifications

To receive notifications using Trengo in your web browser, you need to enable the use of notifications in your web browser of choice.

Browser notifications in Google Chrome

Open Trengo in your Google Chrome browser, click the ‘padlock’ icon, and enable notifications.

Browser notifications in Safari

1. Open Trengo in your Safari browser, and open ‘Preferences’, via ‘Safari’ in the taskbar;

2. Navigate to ‘Websites’, scroll down to ‘Notifications’, and allow Trengo to send notifications.

Browser notifications in Firefox

Open Trengo in your Firefox browser, click the ‘speech bubble’ icon in the address bar, and select ‘Allow’ to receive notifications from Trengo.
