After adding a Voice channel to your Trengo inbox, you’re able to allow incoming calls outside your business hours. This means customers can still reach out to you when it’s outside your business hours, but you still have an available user in your team. In this article, we’ll show you how to allow calls outside your business hours.

Allow calls outside business hours

Follow the steps below to allow calls outside business hours in your voice channel.

1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Voice and select your voice channel;

2. Scroll down to ‘VoIP settings’ and enable ‘Allow calls outside business hours’;

Don’t forget to click ‘Update channel’ at the bottom of the page, to save your changes.

You’ve now successfully allowed calls outside your business hours. You can now further adjust the channel to your liking, and you’re ready to pick up and make phone calls in Trengo.
