You can set up specific working hours for your channels or teams. This way you make sure there is always a response to your customer questions.
To set your Business hours:
- Go to settings >settings >company profile.
- Select 'Business hours' and click on the green + sign.
- Fill out the form:
Give your business hours a recognizable name.
Write a short description.
Set the right timezone.
- Working hours
Here you can set the availability.
Apply the right channels to your business hours.
Make sure you hit the save button.
