The Inbound and Outbound Translations feature enables agents to easily and instantly translate both incoming and outgoing messages within the Trengo inbox with just a click. With support for English, German, Spanish, French, Italian and Dutch for outgoing messages and ANY language for incoming messages, this functionality helps you break language barriers, create smoother communication, and drive up customer satisfaction.

Translations can be enabled through settings -> Inbox. Just select which channel you want to enable it for and then you can simply open any message and use the translation feature for inbound or outbound messages as needed.
