In Trengo, your users can have different roles, depending on their role in your company. These roles all have different access levels to your Trengo account. Keep in mind you can always edit the user roles through all of our plans; however, you can only change permissions on a Pro level account.
There are five different roles in Trengo. Below, you will find these roles and what their permissions are when you start using Trengo.

The administrator role will be automatically assigned to the user that creates the Trengo account. This role gives you the most permissions and responsibility of all roles. You can assign more administrators if needed, or assign the role to someone else than yourself.
