After adding a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey to your Trengo account, you’re able to see its results. In the article, we’ll tell you everything you need to know about the customer satisfaction report.

Customer satisfaction report

You can find your CSAT report by navigating to Reports > CSATs. The report consists of different parts, as seen below.

1. Parameters: Adjust the parameters to view exact results, based on ratings, channels, surveys, users, and/or labels. You can also change the time window.

2. Results: Here you’ll find a quick overview of your CSAT results.

3. Graph: A detailed view of your CSAT results can be found here.

Customer satisfaction overview

When scrolling down from the customer satisfaction report, you’ll find the customer satisfaction overview. Here you’re able to see a more in-depth view of the CSAT results.
