When making a call in Trengo you need to make sure that the correct audio devices are selected. In this article, we’ll tell you how to set these up.

Audio settings in Trengo

Navigate to the phone icon in the left bottom corner of your Trengo dashboard and configure your audio settings.

1. Ringtone device: You will hear the ringtone via this device.

2. Output device: Your customer will be heard via this device.

3. Input device: This device will function as your microphone.

ℹ️ You can always test your ‘Ringtone device’ and ‘Output device’ by clicking the ‘Test’ buttons.
