To keep a clear overview of your inbox, you might want to link certain conversations that relate to each other.

Link a conversation

Follow the steps below to link two conversations in Trengo.

1. Navigate to the conversation you’d like to link, open the right side bar, and click on the 'Integrations' tab. Then, click the 'Linked conversations' dropdown menu.

2. A window appears, in which you can search for the ticket you’d like to link and confirm the action;

3. You can now find the linked conversation in the sidebar on the right, of the tickets themselves.

By linking conversations that allude to each other, you can greatly improve your inbox management. Trengo also offers the option to merge conversations into one ticket.
