If you’d like to activate AI HelpMate and AI Journeys on your live chat and have it available 24/7, follow these steps to ensure your settings are configured correctly.

Step 1. Adjust Account Settings

Go to Account Settings → find Auto Offline Status → set it to No.

This prevents the live chat from automatically switching to offline mode.

Step 2. Website Widget Settings

Go to Settings → Web Widget → select the widget you want to update.

Under the Live Chat section → find Always Available toggle → Disable.

This ensures the live chat runs smoothly with automations and avoids unnecessary prompts like email requests or offline forms.

Step 3. Agent Status

At least one agent must set their profile status to Online.

This sets them "online" at all times, even if agents are not actively using Trengo.
