Is there a setup fee?
No, there is no setup fee for the regular Trengo account plans.
Do I need to enter my payment details to sign up?
No, you can try out Trengo for 14 days without sharing your payment details with us. At the end of your 14-day trial, we'll ask you to pick a plan and then enter your payment details.
Can I cancel my account at any time?
Yes, you can cancel your Trengo account at any time. However, the cancellation will only be processed at the end of your current subscription plan. So you will have until the end of that to enjoy Trengo.
Can I change my plan later on?
Definitely. You can always immediately upgrade your plan. A downgrade will be processed at the end of your current subscription plan.
