When you created a rule in Trengo, you might want to edit it afterward. In this article, we’ll show you how to clone, disable, or delete your rule.
Cloning a rule
If you’d like to create a rule that is similar to another rule you’ve made earlier, you can choose to clone that rule, instead of creating a new one from scratch.
1. Navigate to Settings > Automation > Rules and click the rule you’d like to clone;
2. Click ‘Clone rule’.
Disabling a rule
In case you like to pause one of your active rules, you are able to temporarily disable it, to later enable it again.
1. Navigate to Settings > Automation > Rules and click the rule you’d like to disable;
2. Click the toggle;
3. Save your changes by clicking ‘Save changes’.
Deleting a rule
Are you not using that one rule anymore, and like to make space for a new rule? You can always delete a rule in Trengo.
1. Navigate to Settings > Automation > Rules and click the rule you’d like to delete;
2. Click ‘Delete’ and confirm your action.
