Edit a CSAT survey

Follow the steps below to edit, disable or delete your CSAT survey.

1. Navigate to Settings > Automation > Customer Satisfaction;

2. Click ‘Edit’ at the right of your CSAT survey;

3. Edit your survey and save the changes, disable the survey, or delete it.

ℹ️ Do note you cannot retrieve your CSAT survey after deleting it.


Note: When using AI CSAT in Journeys, the survey can no longer be edited from the ‘Customer satisfaction’ menu. To make changes, go to the Journey where you’ve added the ‘Collect CSAT’ block and adjust the settings there.
