After adding a customer satisfaction (CSAT) survey to your Trengo account, you’re always able to edit, disable or delete it. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.

Edit a CSAT survey

Follow the steps below to edit, disable or delete your CSAT survey.

1. Navigate to Settings > Automation > Customer Satisfaction;

2. Click ‘Edit’ at the right of your CSAT survey;

3. Edit your survey and save the changes, disable the survey, or delete it.

ℹ️ Do note you cannot retrieve your CSAT survey after deleting it.
