If you like to forward emails to your Trengo inbox, you can create a forwarding channel. Trengo automatically generates a forwarding email for your account, which you can use to forward emails from your existing inbox to your Trengo account.
Create a forwarding channel
1. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email and click the ‘plus’ icon or ‘Connect email’;

2. Select ‘Connect other email provider’;

4. Navigate to Settings > Channels > Email > Your new forwarding channel to find the email address to which you can forward your emails.
