When a conversation between you and a customer has ended, you can close the conversation. In this article, we’ll explain how to do this.

Close a conversation

Follow the steps below to close a conversation in Trengo.

1. Navigate to Inbox > Assigned to me and open the assigned ticket;

2. You can now close the ticket as is, or send a message and automatically close the ticket;

🔘 Close ticket: Click the ‘checkmark’ button above the ticket.

🔘 Send and close ticket: Type the message you’d like to send the customer, click the dropdown icon and select ‘Send and close’.
