To enhance your team’s productivity in Trengo, you can use ticket results. These require Trengo users to assign a specific status to a conversation before closing it. You can later find the results of all ticket results when exporting Trengo's analytics.

Add a ticket result

Follow the steps below to add a ticket result to your Trengo inbox.

1. Navigate to Settings > Settings > Ticket results and click the ‘plus’ icon or ‘Add ticket result’;

2. Set up your ticket result;

1. Name: Add the name of your ticket result.

2. Sort order: Type the number in which order this label should appear.

ℹ️ We recommend creating at least two ticket results, otherwise, your user can only choose one option.

Don’t forget to click ‘Save changes’ after finishing setting up your ticket results.
