After adding labels to your Trengo-inbox, you can now add these labels to your conversations. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.
Add a label to a conversation
Follow the steps below to add a label to a conversation in your inbox.
1. Navigate to the conversation and click the ‘label’ icon;
2. Select the label you’d like to add to the conversation;
3. The label is now shown above the conversation.
