Ticket results require Trengo users to assign a specific status to a conversation before closing it.
💡 Note: by deploying ticket results in your Trengo inbox, conversations cannot be closed unless a status has been assigned to it.
To create a ticket result you need an admin account:
- Go to settings >settings >ticket results.
- Click on the green + sign to add ticket results to your Trengo inbox.
- Fill out the form: Name
Give your ticket result a name
Assign its priority.
- Save your changes.
From now on, users will have to assign a ticket result before closing a conversation.
