Ticket results

Ticket results require Trengo users to assign a specific status to a conversation before closing it.

💡 Note: by deploying ticket results in your Trengo inbox, conversations cannot be closed unless a status has been assigned to it.

To create a ticket result you need an admin account:

  1. Go to settings >settings >ticket results.
  2. Click on the green + sign to add ticket results to your Trengo inbox.
  3. Fill out the form: Name
    Give your ticket result a name
    Sort order
    Assign its priority.

  4. Save your changes.

From now on, users will have to assign a ticket result before closing a conversation.
