Do you want to keep track of a conversation, but do not want to receive notifications of new messages? Trengo offers the option to mute team chats, as well as personal chats.
Mute a team chat conversation
To mute a chat conversation, you click on the three dots in the upper right corner of your chat, and select ‘Mute’ from the dropdown menu.
You now won’t receive any notifications from this particular chat conversation. To unmute a chat, you follow the same steps and click ‘Unmute’.
