Connecting Picqer with your Trengo-inbox allows you to get insights into customer orders and returns placed. In this article, we’ll show you how to do this.

Integrating Picqer

Follow the steps below to integrate Picqer with your Trengo-inbox.

1. Open your Picqer dashboard and navigate to Instellingen > API Keys > Nieuwe API Key;

2. Add a name for the connection, e.g. ‘Trengo’, and click ‘API key toevoegen’;

3. Copy and save the created API key, it will only be distributed once;

4. Open your Trengo-inbox and navigate to Settings > Settings > Apps & Integrations;

5. Select ‘Apps’ and click the ‘plus’ button;

6. Give your app a name and select ‘Picqer’ from the ‘App type’ dropdown;

7. Set up your app in Trengo;

1. Name: The name of your app, which should already be filled in.

2. App type: This is set to ‘Picqer’.

3. Picqer subdomain: Add your Picqer subdomain here.

4. Picqer API key: Add the API key from your Picqer connection, which you already copied and saved (step 3).

Save your changes, and you’ve now successfully integrated Picqer with your Trengo-account, which allows you to view additional order information in your Trengo-inbox, by opening a conversation and checking the right sidebar.
