Connecting HubSpot with your Trengo-inbox allows you to send leads directly from Trengo to HubSpot. That way you'll never miss an opportunity to close a deal. You can also view HubSpot data in your Trengo-inbox, giving you all the information and context you need during your conversations. It’s also possible to add notes to leads in HubSpot, so your team always has a complete picture of every customer.
Integrating HubSpot
Follow the steps below to integrate HubSpot with your Trengo-inbox.
1. Navigate to Settings > Settings > Apps & Integrations;
2. Select ‘Apps’ and click the ‘plus’ button;
3. Give your app a name and select ‘HubSpot’ from the ‘App type’ dropdown;
4. Navigate to your inbox, select a ticket and find the ‘HubSpot’ app in your right sidebar. Click ‘Log in’ and log in with your HubSpot credentials;
5. Click ‘Connect app’.
You’ve now successfully integrated HubSpot with your Trengo-account, which allows you to view the additional HubSpot information in your Trengo-inbox, by opening a conversation and checking the right sidebar.
