Custom fields allow you to collect additional information from your customers and therefore, add more details to your contacts, profiles, conversations, and even your team members (users).
To add custom fields to your Trengo inbox:
- Go to your navigation panel >settings >settings >custom fields.
- Click on the green + sign.
- Next, fill out the form:
Give your custom field a title.
Select the type of custom field. Are looking to add details to:
- Ticket (conversation)
- Sort order
Assign the sort order.
- Save changes
Make sure to hit save once you filled out the form.
