Route conversations to the right teams

Automatically identify and categorize your site visitors, so incoming conversations always go to the right team or teammate. 

  1. Go to your navigation panel >settings >settings >website widgets and select the right widget.
  2. Click on 'Pre-chat form'.
  3. Then click on 'Add field' and select 'Department Selector'.

    Here you can assign the title, in other words, the question you want to ask your site visitors. Then assign the options to the corresponding teams.

Now your visitors will be routed to the team they actually want to talk to.
