Gather insightful visitor information before routing them to one of your team members.
- Go to your navigation panel >settings >website widgets and select the right website widget.
- Next, click on 'Pre-chat form' and then 'Add field'.
- Now, you can start adding custom fields to collect visitor information before you route the conversation to the right team or team member.
💡Tick the box next to 'Required' if you want your question to be mandatory. This way your site visitors need to fill out the additional information before being routed to a team or team member.
