Receiving emails in your Trengo inbox

If you chose "Add a Trengo forwarding address" for your email channel, Trengo automatically generated a forwarding email for your account.

To retrieve the forwarding email:

  1. Go to your settings > channels > emails and select the right email channel.
  2. Scroll to 'Setup' and copy your automatically generated Trengo forwarding email.
  3. Go to your email provider set your Trengo email as the forwarding email address.

Note, it is also possible to forward emails to Trengo directly from your own domain. 

Now you'll be able to receive all email conversations in your Trengo inbox.
