Trengo Balance

To use Voice, SMS or WhatsApp templates in Trengo you'll need to top up your Trengo balance.

How can I top up my Trengo Balance?


To top up your Trengo balance:


  1. Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings.
  2. Select the amount you want to top up. 
  3. Select your payment method. 
  4. Click on 'Submit'.


Where can I find the invoices for my Trengo Balance?

To view and download your Trengo Balance invoices: 

  1. Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings.
  2. Scroll down to 'Transaction history'.
  3. Download your invoice.


I want to get notified when my Trengo balance is low.

To get notified if your Trengo balance reaches a certain amount:

  1. Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings and scroll to 'Low balance alert'.
  2. Enable the 'low balance alert', set the amount and email address, and click on save.

Where can I check my current Trengo Balance? 

To check your current Trengo balance:

  1. Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings.
