To use Voice, SMS or WhatsApp templates in Trengo you'll need to top up your Trengo balance.
How can I top up my Trengo Balance?
To top up your Trengo balance:
- Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings.
- Select the amount you want to top up.
- Select your payment method.
- Click on 'Submit'.
Where can I find the invoices for my Trengo Balance?
To view and download your Trengo Balance invoices:
- Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings.
- Scroll down to 'Transaction history'.
- Download your invoice.
I want to get notified when my Trengo balance is low.
To get notified if your Trengo balance reaches a certain amount:
- Go to your settings >settings >company profile >balance settings and scroll to 'Low balance alert'.
- Enable the 'low balance alert', set the amount and email address, and click on save.
