Are customers often notified by use of a similar message? Then use the standard answers in SMS. An administrator can create these under "Quick Replies"; then anyone who has access to the SMS channel can use these.
Inserting standard answers
If you send a SMS message via the button in the upper right corner of the screen, you can insert a standard answer by clicking on the drop-down menu below the text field. Select the right message and it is immediately ready in the text box. There's also the possibility to adjust a couple of things.
These Quick Replies can be used for both SMS and bulk SMS; how convenient is that!
Is an SMS created using via the plus sign in the inbox? Then Quick Replies are inserted by means of the ' " ' sign.
