Is Trengo not yet in use for other communication channels? Then it may happen that Trengo is not always running in the foreground. To prevent a chat conversation from being overlooked in this situation, it's possible to receive email notifications of new chat conversations.
Where can the email notifications be set up?
Receiving email notifications can be set up under the settings of the Chat channel via Settings -> Chat -> Edit Channel. Under the header "Notifications" you can enter an email address to where notifications can be sent. That way, no chat conversation is ever missed again!

Even more convenient, of course, is not only using the website chat, but processing all communication via Trengo! So everything is channeled through one clear inbox and you're certain that nothing's missed! Create an email channel in Trengo for example and experience its ease of operation yourself!
