Answer Twitter mentions using Trengo

Enhance online presence on every Social Media channel thanks to Trengo: not only answers direct traffic, but public responses to Twitter posts can be answered using Trengo as well.

Setting this up is very easy:

  1. In Trengo, navigate to Settings --> Twitter
  2. Edit the existing Twitter channel, or create a new one if it doesn't already exist.
    Read here how the Twitter channel can be created.
  3. Make sure the "Mentions"-feature is enabled.
  4. Save the channel.

In this way all mentions from Twitter arrive in the well-arranged inbox, waiting to be answered.
