How to edit, deactivate or delete a CSAT Survey

Edit your survey

To edit your survey, go to your settings and click on Customer Satisfaction. Click on 'Edit' next to the survey you want to update and make sure to save your changes once you're done editing. 


Deactivate your survey

To deactivate your Customer Satisfaction Survey, go to your settings and click on Customer Satisfaction. Click on 'Edit' next to the survey you want to deactivate. Then, click on 'Disable'. Your survey is now deactivated.

Your survey and all the progress including the questions and Rules you've set up will be saved. If you wish to reactivate your survey, simply click on 'Enable', and your survey will be reactived. 




Delete your survey

If you'd like to delete your survey, go to your settings and click on Customer Satisfaction. Click on 'Edit' next to the survey you'd like to delete. Then, click on 'Delete'. Your survey is now deleted.
