Within Trengo every agent has the option to set themselves 'available for calls' or 'not available for calls'. Being available means that you will get a notification whenever an incoming call comes into your Inbox.
Setting yourself available for phone calls can be done in two places:
- You can switch between these statuses by clicking on your profile icon in the bottom left corner and then clicking on the Voice field.
- Within the settings (gear icon) of the Voicemenu:
Another feature in Trengo is that you can check the availability of all the Trengo agents in the Report section. This way you can make sure that there is always an agent available for incoming calls.
