If you receive an incoming call and you need to check something first, it can be useful to place the customer in the queue for a moment.
You can do that easily by clicking on the 'pause' button when the voice menu is open. The caller will now hear the queue music until you take them out of the queue list.
Tip! 💡 You can be sure that you have placed your customer in the queue as the 'mute' button also changes and disables your microphone for the time being.
