Where can the information from a Webshop or CRM be found?

It has become possible for an administrator to integrate Trengo with various other software systems, such as Hubspot, WooCommerce and Shopify. This way all information concerning a customer is displayed in one single system.

Where is this information shown?

The information of these integrations is always shown on the right-hand side of the screen, where all contact and profile information is shown. By clicking on "Contact" at the top of this interface, it is possible to switch between contact information and integrations.

To give you an example, the image below shows the status of the latest order in Shopify from this contact. Now all the information can be found in one place!
