Keep an eye on whether that last chat conversation has led to a purchase? Or call a customer for a check-up in a week? Set a reminder and do not lose sight of a conversation!
Set reminders in Trengo
Setting up a reminder can be done with both open and closed tickets and can be found under the conversation options (three dots). It is possible to give a date and a time to a reminder.
When the reminder is set, the conversation will automatically be closed. Has the date and time of the reminder arrived? Then the conversation will automatically be reopened and you will receive a notification. Super convenient🙌!
Good to know: with the exception of chat conversations, conversations can always manually be reopened. This will not have any influence upon the set reminder.
Is a reminder no longer necessary? Then simply select "cancel" within the reminder (yellow bar in the conversation).
